At Borduurhuis, every order is made with care, intention, and attention to detail. Because many of our items are custom-made, we kindly ask for your patience while we prepare your order.

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Custom designs are created specifically for you, so production begins immediately after your order is placed.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, delivery times are as follows:

Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days

International Orders: 7–15 business days

Shipping time may vary depending on your location and local courier services.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Tracking Information

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delays

Borduurhuis is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Borduurhuis cannot be held responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and our support team will assist you.
